Raw Allure specializes in wellness, health, and beauty products, including therapeutic oils, bath salts, skincare, and hair care. We are launching pop-up activations at multiple malls to engage directly with customers and showcase our products.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent Raw Allure professionally and maintain a strong brand presence on sites
  
• Engage mall visitors and communicate product benefits effectively
  
• Promote products and encourage sales through demonstrations and referrals
  
• Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions
  
• Assist with the setup and pack-down on sites
  

Requirements

• Age: 18–25 years old
  
• South African citizen or permanent resident
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Professional appearance and demeanor
  
• Energetic, outgoing, and highly motivated
  
• Previous sales or promotional experience is advantageous but not required
  
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including weekends
  

Compensation & Incentives

• A Daily Rate depending on experience
  
• Plus 5% Commission on all sales generated, paid at the end of the campaign
  
• Exposure to the wellness and beauty industry with potential for longer-term opportunities
